This property underwent a complete transformation — gutted and rebuilt to become a beach house centered on luxury and comfort. The design takes full advantage of the site's natural layout, creating distinct nooks and gathering spaces throughout the residence so guests can enjoy every part of the day, from sunrise to sunset, all set against the backdrop of howler monkeys moving through the surrounding trees.
