Casa Pacifico

Location

Playa Garza

Casa Pacifico, Playa Garza was the first project that Pauline Steenkamer started from scratch. Every seed was planted in this empty pasture land and it is now a property that looks back to its native jungle landscape. Pauline and her team had to put in the road up, brought in the electrical posts with oxes (the old fashioned way), they drilled a well and started designing and planting away inspired by the authentic rachito style architecture in combination with new mexican cement built in furniture. Twenty years later, this is still one of the most spectacular properties in Costa Rica.
